On a bistro’s stage, beneath the window of a century-old home, in the collector’s eye as in the music lover’s ear, culture here is the most beautiful journey.

Traveling Charlevoix from one end to the other sure whets the appetite! To keep hunger at bay, we stop for an appetizer or a feast worthy of the gods at our small bistros or our finest restaurants. From a lamb burger seasoned with mint and onion confit, to a bio pork chop produced by Damien, owner of Viandes biologiques de Charlevoix, with spinach, portobello and the Secret de Maurice cheese, foodies will ask for more!
