Traveling Charlevoix from one end to the other sure whets the appetite! To keep hunger at bay, we stop for an appetizer or a feast worthy of the gods at our small bistros or our finest restaurants. From a lamb burger seasoned with mint and onion confit, to a bio pork chop produced by Damien, owner of Viandes biologiques de Charlevoix, with spinach, portobello and the Secret de Maurice cheese, foodies will ask for more!
